It is impossible to scale them within the range of 416, meaning they don't line up. So BoDB SSJ Goku should be much weaker than BoZ Goku. Edited by SSJ, Dec 8 2013, 10:46 PM.

He was said to be 10 somewhere. Anyways, as I said, it's impossible to scale Dragonball and Z in one power level list. It simply cannot fit in unless you have BoDB Goku at 0.001.

A pterodactyl would not be greater than 10. Ki does not equal strength, so just because a pterodactyl is stronger than a human, doesn't mean it has a high power level.

	list of canon sources: the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga. list of non canon sources: everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality. for those that blindly follow word of god

With people multiplying their powers by multiple times, many times, it just becomes way too challenging. For example, Piccolo Jr was many times stronger than Young Piccolo Daimao, who was a little weaker than Holy Water Goku. This Holy Water Goku already improved his power multiple times as well. With all of the large inceases present in DB (ie. Karin training, post 22 Budokai training, Holy Water, Popo Training, God Training), it becomes way too hard. Also the Daizenshuu acknowledges this impossibility by putting Popo at 1000, which makes no sense in Z terms.

A lot of people use 1.25x gaps between powerlevels to show complete dominance in comparison to other characters since, in Z, a gap around 1.25x is shown to be within stomping range (eg. KKx3 Goku vs Vegeta, Vegeta vs Cui, BoZ Piccolo vs any other Z-fighter sans Goku,etc). Whether you chose to believe in this is your choice but the relativity small number keeps things nice and neat. P.S. It was Weekly Jump that put Popo at 1000 not Daizenshuu. WJ also has Piccolo senior over Kami which straight up ingores what was shown in the manga. While Daizenshuu copied WJ's powerlevels, Daiz omitted those two obvious mistakes. And besides those Piccolo's and Nappa's powerlevel, there isn't too much of an issue. The Z-Fighters in late Saiyan Saga seems correct and although Goku's 22ndBudokai and King Piccolo saga powerlevels are too high for my liking ,could still work. In short small multipliers still equals big increases.
